TWO-SPEED HYDRAULIC PUMPS
|
Hydraulika International s.r.o. finished developing several series of 2-speed hydraulic pumps: 1026,
1027, 1029, 1030 as well as many variations of these series. All of these pump series are high pressure pumps,
which each have other distinctive features. Model 1029, for instance, is a high pressure pump with a 2-way, 3-position distributor for operating double action cylinders.
|
 |
All pump series have the same basic structure allowing the customer to combine the desired features of each series to create the pump that
works best for their application. In each series, the complete pump is encased by an aluminum body and consists of an assembled 2-speed,
single-action pump with adjustable pressure control, a safety valve, and a releasing valve. Each pump unit also has a steel tank, which
together with its end plate forms a load carrying component. The base of the aluminum body contains the aeration screw, and access to
the adjustable safety valve screw. The pump can be easily mounted using the four M8 threaded mounting holes located at the base of
the pump body, and two brackets, which are attached to the steel tank's end plate. The 2-stage pumps will switch automatically when
the pressure required by the system reaches the switching pressure designated by the user. The switching pressure is adjusted by changing the
position of the regulation screw that is located on the body.
|
There is also a 2-position square-shaped bracket attached to both the operating lever and the pump body. Depending on the position of
the bracket the pump will either operate by pushing or pulling. This allows the user to choose the operation type that will optimize
pump performance.
|
 |
Model 1030 is the only series without a operating lever, instead it has a foot pump for foot-operation. The advantage of this pump is
that it frees the hands of the operator. The base of this model allows it to be operated in harsh environmental conditions.
