- parts with details in 3 or 4-axis using either horizontal or vertical NC machines
- using bar stock, able to machine rotational details up to a bar diameter of 40 mm
- using casts or forged pieces, able to machine rotational details of parts with a maximum diameter of 200(400) mm
- able to machine shafts with a maximum lenght of 1200 mm
- after firming up possible work complexity cast body or forged piece
- thread machining - standard metric thread pitch width
- surface brushing on centreless brushing machines - diameters from 3 to 70 mm
- surface grinding on cylindrical grinding machines - diameters from 5 to 150 mm, length up to 1000 mm
- finishing of openings - diameter from 5 to 80 mm, length up to 80 mm
- honing surfaces - through-hole as well as blind openings - usual diameters from 3 to 35 mm, after close deal from 2.5 to 165 mm
